Your full fee structure, fulfillment options and payout details are laid out on your "My Contract" page in the dashboard. Items sold through auction carry a 7% commission.
From your dashboard you can buy promotional placements — Deals, Best Sellers and a homepage banner — for set time periods and assign them to specific products. Fast-moving products (100+ units sold in a month) can also qualify as Best Sellers automatically.
Your Orders page shows revenue, commission and net payout with date-range filters, per-order invoices, full shipping addresses and CSV export. You can mark orders shipped or delivered yourself.
Yes — send any eligible product to a live auction straight from your dashboard. Auctions support proxy bidding, an optional "Buy Now" price and automatic anti-snipe time extensions.
